As the Building Services Engineer, you’ll:

• Resolve and complete day-to-day work orders to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks through the Mainstream SI-7 CMMS system.
• Perform electrical isolations and re-instatement as required.
• Issue permits for access and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to share expertise and enhance operational efficiency.

 


You
 
To be successful in the role of Building Services Engineer, you’ll bring:

• A relevant qualification in a technical discipline (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3).
• Experience in a critical maintenance environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Basic PC literacy and ability to work with database systems.
