As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating window and door installations from start to finish
• Booking installation and remedial visits with the installation team
• Managing installation team diaries to optimise travel and time efficiency
• Arranging and coordinating the parts needed for installations and visits
• Maintaining regular contact with customers by phone and email throughout their project
• Resolving customer enquiries and issues promptly and professionally

As a Project Coordinator, your experience will include:

• Experience in a customer service or coordination role
• Previous experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination would be an advantage
• Experience within construction, glazing, or the home improvement industry would be advantageous
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette with a professional, solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
