A newly created senior role is available for an experienced software engineering leader to drive standards, capabilities, and technical strategy across a blended delivery model (internal teams, contractors, and a large offshore partner).Key Responsibilities

Lead and influence software engineering standards across multiple product teams.Own and measure adherence to engineering best practices (not hands-on coding).Drive DevOps maturity and modern engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).Manage outsourced delivery teams (20+ in maintenance, 10–20 in development).Address technical debt and platform modernisation (e.g., .NET version upgrades).Act as the accountable owner for engineering outcomes delivered by third parties.Support budget planning, vendor assessments, and candidate interviews.Tech Environment

Core stack: .NET and AngularStrong focus on DevOps, especially Azure DevOps adoptionIdeal Candidate Profile
