F1 Arcade venues provide an immersive, state-of-the-art F1 racing simulation experience, gamified for a mass audience, with ''best in class'' hospitality and exceptional venue design, all under one roof - for the ultimate night out in the fast lane We''re looking for a Sales and Events Executive to join the team at our Central HQ!Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Events Executive:Managing a high volume of inbound enquiries from start to finishEnsure guests receive the ultimate F1 Arcade experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirementsMaintain a high level of customer service and increase guest satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journeyMaximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and upselling at every opportunityBuild an excellent relationship with the Operations team who you will be working closely with dailyTo have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and the products on offerLiaise with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional relationshipsOccasionally conduct proactive sales, targeting UK businesses with a view ..... full job details .....
