We are recruiting on behalf of a busy joinery workshop in Bradford specialising in the manufacture of high-quality timber sash windows and doors. They are now looking for a Paint Sprayer / Timber Finisher to join their workshop team. This could suit an experienced sprayer or someone with a strong background in timber preparation and finishing who would like to further develop their spray-finishing skills. The Role As a Paint Sprayer / Timber Finisher, you will be involved throughout the preparation and finishing process, ensuring timber windows and doors achieve the high-quality finish expected. Your responsibilities will include: Denibbing and preparing timber windows and doors. Sanding, filling and smoothing surfaces ready for finishing. Spray priming timber products. Sanding between coats to achieve a high-quality finish. Applying topcoat paint and translucent finishes. Checking finished products and maintaining high-quality standards. Following workshop processes and maintaining a clean and organised environment. Working closely with the wider workshop team to meet production requirements.
