Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Chilled Warehouse

• Minimum 37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 | Various shifts from 04:00
• Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours

We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely within warehouse and loading areas
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Carry out stock replenishment and stock rotation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and health andamp; safety
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
• Previous FLT experience within warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environments
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
• Own transport required due to early start times
