On Offer: Up to £40K, dependant on skills and experience Working hours: 7am 4pm, Monday to Friday Holiday 20 days plus bank holidays - long service awards including additional holiday days Other benefits includes Pension, Life Insurance, Free parking and more Main Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Director, working within the company s growing deep sea import LCL department, handling import sea freight operations from start to finish. Duties and Responsibilities Senior Import LCL Operator: Arranging sea import bookings Dealing with overseas offices and partners Working start to finish on files Processing sales and purchases Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing Looking after key accounts Raising Invoices Managing direct client accounts Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with the companies policies and procedures. To Be Considered for the Senior Import LCL Operator: Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Have a proven background and knowledge of ocean import freight forwarding / shipping.
