The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Conducting building inspections and surveys to assess and identify defects.Preparing detailed reports, including recommendations for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.Advising clients on building safety, regulatory compliance, and construction standards.Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and leasehold matters.Providing cost estimates for repairs and refurbishment projects.Liaising with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure work is completed to a high standard.Keeping up to date with changes in building legislation and industry standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience of building inspections and preparing reports.
