Work as part of a dynamic team of tunnelling and geotechnical engineers on diverse projects ranging from micro-tunnels and trenchless solutions to major road and rail schemes at all stages of delivery from feasibility through to construction. Effectively managing and delivering project work with robust project financial management. Assisting in the management of team resources and allocation of appropriate project resources. Managing, motivating, mentoring and developing professional staff.
