At every opportunity, our employees create a positive, memorable, and magical experience for both our customers and colleagues.POSITION OVERVIEWWe have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Restaurant Receptionist.As a Restaurant Receptionist, you must be passionate in delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone - this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and to take reservations for the Michelin Star Ritz Restaurant. As a Restaurant Receptionist, you must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Restaurant and be knowledgeable of all other Food and Beverage and Hotel Outlets.
