With an established presence across the UK and a strong pipeline of projects, the organisation is looking to bring in an experienced HR professional who can establish and develop the HR function, working closely with the senior leadership team.The RoleAs the first dedicated HR hire, you will have genuine ownership and autonomy to build the HR function from the ground up. You will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the business, while establishing the policies, processes and infrastructure required to support continued growth.The role will cover a broad range of HR activity, including employee relations, employment legislation and compliance, recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and processes, employee engagement and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle.Importantly, this role has significant future potential.
