Market leading international firm has a new opening to suit an experienced senior associate to join their outstanding corporate team in Manchester.

Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate MandA, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, operating across a range of sectors.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 4 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in Manchester and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the North West from another centre or London.

With at least 4 years PQE gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You''ll have the licence in this role to use your networking, marketing and business development skills to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
