Your new roleAn established UK-regulated financial institution is seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations to lead its operational, technology, and resilience functions. This is a senior executive role, reporting into the C-suite, with accountability for ensuring safe, efficient, resilient and customer-centric operational delivery across the organisation.The role will oversee core operational areas including: Information Technology and InfrastructureCybersecurity and Technology RiskPayments OperationsCustomer and Back-Office OperationsOutsourcing and Supplier OversightOperational Resilience and Business ContinuityFraud OperationsRegulatory Operational Compliance This is a strategic and hands-on position, suitable for a senior leader who thrives in a regulated, transformation-focused environment. What you''ll need to succeed Extensive senior-level operations leadership experience within a UK bank, building society, or FCA-regulated financial institution.Deep understanding of UK banking operations: payments, KYC/onboarding, fraud, reconciliations, customer servicing, and complaints handling.Strong regulatory knowledge (FCA Handbook, PRA rulebook, Operational Resilience, Consumer Duty, SYSC).Proven expertise in designing, scaling and optimising operational models.Experience managing outsourced providers and complex supplier relationships.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at Board and regulatory level.Demonstrated experience leading technology ..... full job details .....
