Working in this SEMH School as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis with pupils with SEMH. This will require working with pupils on their education whilst also working with them on their behavioural needs. Team Teach training can be provided for the correct candidate. This school is great for job progression as the school is always keen to help Teaching Assistant s progress in their career and work within the school.
