We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a long-term refurbishment project in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team on a major programme of works involving the installation of new windows and doors across occupied properties. The project is expected to run for approximately two years, offering consistent, long-term work for the right candidate. Site Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations. Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Liaise with clients, residents and the project team. Monitor progress, quality and programme delivery. Complete site paperwork and reports as required. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or planned maintenance projects. Experience managing window and door installation programmes is desirable. Valid SMSTS certificate. Valid CSCS card. Current First Aid at Work certificate.
