Role description: Working hours: 08 30 Salary: Up to £30,000 Type: Hybrid (On-site, with 1 day work from home on a rota basis (Fridays) Contract (Inside IR35) Visa sponsorship: Not available Requirements: Must hold a valid driving licence and be able to travel if required Key Responsibilities: Support Engineering and Quality functions to expedite critical documentation Coordinate supplier deviations (NCP/NCR) and assess impact on SQDC targets Process NCs and maintain records in Smartsheets and ERP Assist in expediting repaired component returns and manage supplier claims (COPQ) Issue contractual letters to suppliers for quality issues Conduct supplier visits to monitor progress and strengthen relationships Manage import processes and customs clearance as required The Person: 1 3 years experience in procurement or purchasing (direct materials preferred) Understanding of logistics and imports; customs clearance and freight knowledge a plus Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams Proficient in Excel and procurement systems (SAP desirable) Commercial awareness of pay terms, warranties, and delivery commitments Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels Willing to travel as required and hold a valid driving licence To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV ..... full job details .....
