Lead the design, implementation and management of a new work experience programme and internship programme and other pathways into employment Assess and interpret complex data to gain insights about the organisations skills gaps and workforce needs and use these insights to influence and create programme opportunities. Manage the commissioning of provision from apprenticeship training providers, including the negotiation of appropriate agreements. Work with Strategic HR Business Partners and the Strategic Recruitment Lead to create talent and succession strategies to meet current and future organisational requirements. Manage the Apprenticeship Levy account, income of approx. 1m per annum to fund apprenticeship training. Manage the apprenticeship system to ensure training records are kept current and up to date.
