GDP Quality Manager / Responsible Person South London Hybrid (1-2 days work from home) Salary - negotiable, depending on experience. We re partnering with an established pharmaceutical business to recruit a GDP Quality Manager / Responsible Person. This is a business with a strong reputation in the industry and an experienced leadership team that genuinely values Quality. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you ll join a well-established team and play a key role in maintaining GDP compliance, supporting continuous improvement and helping shape the future of the Quality function. This isn t a role where you ll simply keep the wheels turning. The business is investing in its systems, processes and technology, with a real appetite to explore how AI can enhance quality and operational performance. Key responsibilities: Supporting and developing the GDP Quality Management System. Ensuring compliance with UK GDP requirements and MHRA expectations. Acting as, or being eligible to act as, the Responsible Person (RP) on the company s WDA licence. Managing deviations, CAPAs, change controls and quality risk activities. Supporting supplier qualification, internal audits and self-inspections. Working closely with the MHRA during inspections and regulatory activities.
