Main responsibilities: Supporting senior fee earners on a caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold properties. You will also build and manage your own caseload, depending on your experience and ambition. Extra responsibility can be given according to candidate level. Drafting legal documents and dealing with client and solicitor correspondence. Supporting junior support staff when required. You will: Have at least 3-4 years experience within residential conveyancing within a UK private practice law firm. Have a professional and confident telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person. Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
