Property Finance Manager - Join Barnardo''s Finance Operations Team. Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for property operations and continuous improvement? If so, Barnardo''s are looking for a skilled and motivated Property Finance Manager to lead our Property Finance Team and drive high-quality, efficient, and well-governed financial operations across our UK-wide property portfolio. This role sits in our Transactional Finance Team and will help shape our long-term operating model. As a key member of our property leadership team, you will oversee all property-related financial processes, from rental income/payments and service charges to utilities, business rates, recharges, and property reporting, whilst ensuring robust controls, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will work collaboratively with internal teams such as Property, Finance, Retail, Children''s Services, Procurement as well as external partners to support transformation across Barnardo''s.
