The Role of the Manufacturing Team Leader This role is about more than managing production output. The successful candidate will lead, motivate and develop an established team, helping to foster a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. With a strong focus on people leadership, you will build trust and engagement across the workforce, drive improvements in communication and team performance, and support the wider business in achieving its operational goals. Over time, the role will also play an increasing part in continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
