Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant and AdministratorHorley, Surrey (office-based)Up to £35,000 per annumFull-time (5 days per week) 2 days bookkeeping 3 days PA / administrative support About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and versatile Bookkeeper / PA and Administrator to join our client in Horley. This is a varied role combining financial responsibilities with personal assistant and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a small office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records and ledgersProcess invoices, receipts, and paymentsBank reconciliationsVAT return preparation and familiarityCIS Payments and reconciliationDebt recoveryManage accounts payable and receivableAssist with payroll preparation (if applicable)Prepare financial reports for management and external accountantsEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations and proceduresPersonal Assistant / Admin SupportDiary and calendar managementScheduling meetings and appointmentsHandling correspondence (emails, calls, and post)Supporting senior staff with day-to-day tasksGeneral office administration and coordinationMaintaining filing systemsPreparing documents, reports, and presentationsLiaising with suppliers, clients, and external partnersSupporting operational processes and internal projectsSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience in bookkeeping ..... full job details .....
