- Ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department through effective stock control and order processing
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to identify vehicle components accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
