Location: Guildford
Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday on Rota, 8:30am - 12:30pm, Paid as Overtime

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out a variety of servicing and maintenance operations
·Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
·Completing mechanical repairs and defined assembly operations
·Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards
·Accurately documenting completed service and repair work
·Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
·Working closely with Service Advisors and other workshop colleagues
·Providing excellent technical support and customer service
 
ABOUT YOU
We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
·Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
·Strong mechanical and technical skills
·Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability
·Own tools and toolbox
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·Ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
·Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
