• Leading or supporting lessons across various age groups

• Managing behaviour and encouraging positive classroom environments

• Supporting children with additional needs

• Following school plans and adapting quickly to new settings

• HLTA qualification or strong classroom experience

• Confident leading whole-class or group sessions

• Flexible and reliable with good classroom management skills
