The role: Night Concierge Location: West London Salary: 33,000 - 35,500Hours: 12 hour shift - 4 days on/ 4 days offThe role of the Night concierge is to support the head concierge in the day-to-day operations of the lobby area. Provide a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service to all residents, ensuring a warm welcome, a memorable experience, and a seamless move-in process.Key Responsibilities:Full Occupation Phase:- Implement and manage services as defined by the Resident Operations Manager or General Manager.- Handle assigned tasks and perform other reasonable duties as required.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to both residents and colleagues.- Ensure effective shift handovers by giving and receiving detailed handover notes.- Safeguard and manage pass keys in compliance with key policies.- Attend meetings to ensure efficient communication within the team.- Monitor arrival and departure schedules to anticipate and address visitor needs.- Respond to resident and visitor enquiries, seeking assistance when necessary.- Maintain and update the concierge software regularly.- Attend all required Health and Safety and fire training sessions to comply with legal requirements.- Promptly report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your manager or supervisor.- Be familiar with the fire policy and emergency procedures, including how to respond to an activation.Requirements:- Relevant experience within luxury residential or hotel settings, ideally as a ..... full job details .....
