This role involves managing a diverse caseload, delivering exceptional client service, and building long-term relationships within a collaborative and supportive team environment.Day-to-day of the role:Manage and supervise one Fee Earner and one Legal Assistant.Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, including attending clients at their homes or other agreed locations as required.Handle and manage a varied caseload for a variety of individual clients efficiently and effectively, remaining flexible to changing demands.Draft wills and Powers of Attorney, and take responsibility for all standard legal areas, including trust, probate, and tax advice work.Progress client matters in a timely manner, ensuring service level agreements are met using the case management system.Deliver a profitable contribution to the department through personal fee-earning work and achieving individual time and billing targets.Demonstrate a compassionate and sensitive approach, particularly when working with elderly or incapacitated clients.Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal advice.Conduct research as necessary to provide accurate and informed advice.Keep up to ..... full job details .....
