PK Education are recruiting for Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Doncaster from September.

This is particularly well suited to graduates who are considering a career in teaching and want to get genuine classroom experience before committing to teacher training.

You don''t need to have completed a teaching qualification. Instead, we''re looking for graduates who can communicate confidently, build relationships with young people and take charge of a classroom.

You''ll be given pre-planned lessons to deliver, meaning your focus is on classroom management, student engagement and creating a positive learning environment.

The role includes:

• Covering lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering work prepared by the class teacher
• Managing behaviour and keeping students on task
• Supporting students with their work
• Gaining experience across different subjects and year groups

We''re looking for:

• A degree in any subject
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence working with young people
• A genuine interest in secondary education
• Previous experience with children or young people is advantageous but not essential
