Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 luxury residential developments and 7 commercial properties, you''ll work closely alongside the Managing Director as part of a small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking ownership of a varied and demanding portfolio. The business is renowned for its exceptionally high standards and manages some of London''s most exclusive properties, requiring a Property Manager who is confident dealing with high-net-worth individuals and delivering a first-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of a prestigious portfolio of approximately 20 residential and 7 commercial properties across London. Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, residents, high-net-worth clients and stakeholders. Acting as the main point of contact for tenant enquiries, coordinating move-ins and check-outs. Managing maintenance requests and ensuring repairs are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard. Carrying out regular property inspections.
