We are seeking a flexible and reliable Daily Supply Teacher to join a pool of educators covering a range of schools across Kensington and Chelsea. As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple schools across this prestigious borough, delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school''s curriculum on a day-to-day basis across a variety of schools.
Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of students and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.
Provide support for students with additional learning needs.
Communicate effectively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of education.
Provide feedback on student progress and performance when required.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience in classroom teaching, either as a supply teacher or in a permanent role.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
A positive attitude and a passion for supporting students'' learning and development.
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
Experience in primary or secondary education (depending on the level you are applying for).
Knowledge of specific subjects or age groups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
