They are forward-thinking and have created a great working environment on site.Your new role This is a newly created Finance Administrator job working within a wider team of 6 people. The job is varied and fast-paced; duties include but not limited to:Assist Purchase Ledger - downloading supplier invoices and requesting approvals Collaborating with invoice approvers with any queries and unapproved invoicesLiaising with procurement and other areas of the business to deal with queries and discrepanciesVerifying and setting up new suppliers and subcontractorsProvide departments with information on costs when necessaryAnalysis of certain expenditures, for example fleet/vehiclesCredit card checking, processing and analysis.Supporting with employee''s expenses ensuring adhering to company policyAssisting with Office of National Statistics surveysRunning weekly reports and customer statementsAd hoc projects for the Finance Director Answering internal and external queriesWhat you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this job you will require:Excellent IT skills, including ExcelBe numerate with excellent attention to detail.Good communicator both verbally and via email.Hard-working with a can-do attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat you''ll get in return In return, you will have the ..... full job details .....
