Supporting a team of 10–15, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, by helping colleagues grow in their roles, while ensuring our processes run seamlessly, accurately and to the highest standards.We’ll be relying on you to lead with energy and focus, making sure operational activities are carried out accurately, efficiently and within the frameworks that keep us compliant. You’ll also play a key role in spotting opportunities to improve what we do, driving continuous improvement and shaping how we deliver in the future.This isn’t your typical team manager role—we’re looking for someone who will empower their team, build strong relationships across the business, and take pride in finding smarter ways of working. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects alongside your core leadership responsibilities.You’ll spend your time:Responsibilities

Coaching and developing your team to help them succeedDriving consistency, quality and efficiency across operational processesCollaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver joined-up serviceMonitoring performance against service standards and addressing issues proactivelyContributing to initiatives to improve how we work, from process improvements to system changesProblem solving in real time and supporting the team through complex challengesWorking with other Team Managers to ensure consistent standards and share best practiceSupporting wider business initiatives that depend on strong operational deliveryA bit about you
