Our Commercial Property and Development Team is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and landlord/tenant work.Draft, review, and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, licences, and other commercial property documentation.Deliver high-quality, practical legal advice to clients across various sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Support senior team members with more complex transactions when required.Stay current with developments in commercial property law and contribute to team knowledge.Work collaboratively within the team and contribute to its growth.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience (PQE).Strong commercial property experience within private practice.A positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for personal development.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple live matters.Commercially minded with a ..... full job details .....
