Talent and Resourcing Specialist Location: Luton, Office Based Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30Salary: 30,000 Per Annum Are you an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of an organisation that makes a difference? This role will suit an individual who will be looking to shift from an agency role to an internal recruitment role, or an individual with previous in-house recruitment experience. What you''ll be doing: Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needsSupporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptionsProviding shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersCompany Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment eventsWorking with external providers to identify recruitment solutionsProactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline About you: Experienced in recruitment and talent managementAbility to problem solveHandling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environmentExperienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn What you''ll receive: Salary: 30,000 Per Annum23 days of annual leaveSimply Health PackageBlue Light ..... full job details .....
