This Sheffield based role will report into the Finance Director.The Head of Finance role requires a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise and proven experience in leading, developing, and transforming large finance teams. You will play a key part in shaping the finance function during a period of change, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
