NPP are recruiting for quantity surveyor for a market leader in the Social Housing Refurbishment and retro-fit sector.

Ideally the successful applicant will have 

• A relevant industry qualification
• Experience in refurbishment (including low cost/high volume)
• Contractual awareness
• Excellent IT knowledge (high level Excel)
• Experience of management accounts
• Experience of dispute resolution
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel locally

Responsibilities include

• Ensure teams meet or exceed budgets
• Offer advice and act expertly on areas involving invoicing, costings and resolving client queries
• Monitor costs and revenue via data
• Promote company values and ethics 
• Forecasting, reporting and cost control
