Early Years Teaching Assistant (1:1 Autism Support) Location: Camden, North London Salary: 90 - 110 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only Start Date: ASAP Early Years Teaching Assistant Required in Camden Think Education Partners are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden that is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The Role As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with autism in the Early Years setting Help implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies Support communication, social interaction and emotional regulation Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals Foster a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Assist with classroom activities and daily routines The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with autism and/or special educational needs Has experience within an Early Years or primary school setting Is patient, empathetic and resilient Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents Has excellent communication skills Holds a ..... full job details .....
