You''ll handle a variety of key services, including:Key Management: You''ll be responsible for the entire process for FOB, Gerda, and barrier gate keys, from initial inquiries to distribution and tracking. This includes processing payments and scheduling key collection appointments.Rehousing and Mutual Exchanges: You''ll support residents with the rehousing process, including adding eligible tenants to the waiting list and monitoring the bidding system.
