Senior HR Business Partner

Do you have the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level whilst enjoying working in the day-to-day operational HR? You will report to the Director of People and Culture and manage a Senior HR administrator. This Senior HR Business Partner role is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded Charity Client, providing strategic HR advice and guidance, leadership and skills development to SLT and Managers, enabling employee engagement and driving cultural change. This Senior HR Business Partner role is permanent and offers Hybrid working Key responsibilities for this HR Business Partner role include: Provide professional strategic HR advice and operational guidance to managers and staff covering all People and Culture matters, in line with policy, legal and regulatory requirements. Deputise for the Director of People and Culture in their absence, taking any necessary decisions required during that period. Promote and enrich culture change in line with values. Take a lead role in driving organisational change to meet the strategic objectives. Develop pragmatic solutions to specialist, diverse and/or complex problems where little or no precedent exists, in line with policy and legal and regulatory requirements. Apply operational information and data from a variety of sources, including external best practices, to inform decision making and advice.
