We are currently recruiting for a Senior Nurse to join our experienced clinical teams and support the care staff in providing person-centred care for our residents at Willett House Nursing Home.We provide all of our Senior Nurses with regular training and are passionate about personal development, providing ongoing support to help further your career.What you will get in return

Support leadership team in staff performance management and supervisionMotivate and mentor staff, including onboarding and coaching new team membersConduct effective handovers and ensure continuity of careMaintain staffing levels through effective rota managementAssist HR and management in staff investigations and performance reviewsEnsure high standards of person-centred care, supporting residents physical, emotional, and spiritual needsSupervise Care Assistants, nurses and contribute to care planning and implementationFacilitate therapeutic activities, outings, and social engagementEnsure person cantered care provided to all residentsSupport and work with Wellbeing lead in planning activities and engagement for residentsAssess residents and develop comprehensive care plansAdminister medications in line with home policiesEnsure safe moving and handling practices within the homeCary out GP rounds and support other professional visitsMonitor and supervise staff time keepingMonitor residents health and respond to changes in conditionConduct clinical audits and report findingsProvide end-of-life care in accordance with best practicesMaintain accurate records and ensure effective handoversCaring for the elderly is a rewarding career.
