Job Title: Head Of Governance Salary: £72,964 per annum (Full Time, Permanent) Location: North Liverpool area (Agile working) Shifts: Mon-Fri, 36 hours per week We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client s head office / HQ in the North Liverpool as a Head Of Governance. Our client is a well known property and housing company and the main responsibility as a Head Of Governance will be to lead governance excellence, ensuring that there s a key focus on robust assurance, regulatory compliance and effective board decision making. As the Head Of Governance, you ll do the following: shape the governance framework, influence board and committee effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance and assurance alongside driving a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability. Additional Responsibilities Include:Provide high quality, strategic governance advice.Lead and continuously enhance governance frameworks.Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory and legal requirements.Oversee the effective operation of Board and Committee structures.Strengthen governance reporting, risk and assurance processes.Support strong relationships with key stakeholders.Develop high-quality, high-performance capability.
