Our client, a highly ranked global law firm, is seeking an MandA Associate to join their Corporate team in London.This role involves working across a diverse range of corporate transactions, including public takeovers, private MandA, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. With a focus on cross-border transactions, they excel in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:Transaction documentation.

Client advice.

Business development.

Conduct legal research and develop insights relevant to the practice.

Your Profile

Qualified lawyer with 3-7 PQE in corporate MandA.

EandW/NY Qualified or from top tier Australian/NZ firm.
