About the Role
A well-established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.
The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance throughout.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and cost planning.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Contract administration and risk management.
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts.
• Support project teams in achieving commercial objectives.

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Experience delivering local authority frameworks and developments.
• Experience within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent within Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
