The Role As Corporate Tax Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of investment fund clients, ensuring compliance with both partnership and corporate tax filings. You will provide expert advice on fund structuring, including the establishment of new funds and remuneration arrangements for investment fund managers. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of investment fund tax compliance, covering partnership and corporate tax filings Advising clients on fund structuring, establishment of new funds, and manager remuneration Collaborating with wider tax teams on direct tax, international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, RandD, and other advisory matters Supporting the Audit team on technical requirements and legislative regimes for listed and regulated funds Growing specialist tax services in investment funds, ensuring technical knowledge is applied and shared internally and externally Line management of team members, overseeing people and/or operational performance You will work ..... full job details .....
