A boutique consultancy that specializes in private markets and investment operations. They are looking for a mid-level professional with strong investment operations experience, with a clear path to grow into a Team Lead role within 1–2 years.

This position offers the chance to work closely with investment funds, governance teams, and deal professionals, ensuring smooth operations across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.

Responsibilities

Tracking critical reporting and compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions to ensure nothing gets missed.

Reconciling investment positions and capital allocations, ensuring accuracy in financial data and smooth deal lifecycle operations.

Managing high-volume workloads during audit season and year-end, while maintaining high quality standards.

Supporting the implementation of workflow tools (ServiceNow / eFront or similar systems) to streamline processes.

Liaising with legal, tax, compliance, and deal teams, adapting communication style to suit a wide range of stakeholders.

Preparing for leadership responsibilities, with the expectation of progressing into a Team Lead role within 1–2 years.

Required Experience

Solid Excel skills (essential).

Strong background in investment operations, governance, or deal lifecycle support.

Experience with eFront, ServiceNow, or other workflow/reconciliation tools.

Proven ability to handle complex compliance tracking and reporting.

Management or leadership experience is a plus.
