About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to support a 23-year-old man with a complex brain injury, autism and ADHD You will play a vital role in enabling the client to reach their full potential by supporting their: Health and wellbeing Social and emotional development Cultural and spiritual needs Physical independence This role involves working within the client s home and in the wider community, encouraging confidence, independence, and meaningful social engagement.
