As Team leader, your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a small production team to achieve daily production targets Allocating work to meet production plans Promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture Conducting safety inductions and training Completing and maintaining risk assessments Monitoring quality standards Escalating engineering, quality, or material supply issues Driving continuous improvement through 6S, Standard Work, and Kaizen activities Collating daily production figures.
