First job is to get your arms around the problem.Then you will:Scope the project properlyBuild a clear and deliverable project planTake ownership of deliveryFrom there, you will lead the analysis work yourself, supported by a small team.What you will be doingDefine scope, approach, and delivery plan from day oneLead end to end process mapping across a complex insurance operationDocument current and target state processesRun detailed gap analysis and identify failure pointsRe-baseline requirements and prioritise improvementsProvide clear, evidence-based recommendationsWork across multiple teams including underwriting, finance, claims and technologyUse AI tools where appropriate to accelerate mapping and documentationThe initial focus is one European market.
