Full-Time Call Centre Agent - Immediate Start

Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time
Location: Norwich - fully office based

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our client''s team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone
• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
• Make outbound calls
• Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
• Supporting the admin team with general office tasks
• Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
