Aftersales Operations and Fleet Support Specialist North of England / Scotland (Hybrid / Regional Travel)£40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + BenefitsThe OpportunityAn expanding international automotive organisation is looking to strengthen its aftersales function with the appointment of an Aftersales Operations and Fleet Support Specialist.Supporting a growing regional network, this role offers strong visibility across leadership and the opportunity to directly influence performance, reporting, and operational standards.The RoleYou will act as a key support function across aftersales and fleet operations, helping drive performance, improve processes, and ensure consistency across multiple sites and partners.This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyse aftersales and fleet KPIs, including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts salesMaintain reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy of operational dataProduce regular performance reports to support decision-makingCoordinate regional and national aftersales meetings, including agendas, actions, and follow-upsProvide analytical and administrative support to senior leadershipIdentify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvement initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong service standardsAbout You (Essential Criteria)Minimum 3 years'' experience within automotive aftersales, ..... full job details .....
